The arrival of good weather marks the end of the use of our fireplace. The time has come to clean the chimney thoroughly, check it and leave it ready for the following season.

We can use a shovel or metal bucket and remove it manually, although we will achieve better results using a specific vacuum cleaner for ashes.
Once we have removed the ash, with the help of a wire brush, rub the interior walls of the installation to remove the adhered particles, which we will remove with the help of the vacuum cleaner or the shovel when they are released.
Later we can use a specific product for cleaning chimneys or choose a mixture of vinegar with warm water, with which we will rub the inside of the combustion chamber.
Once we have rubbed the inside of the chamber and the outside of the door, rinse with water and let dry.
